I'm not going to lie and say I really enjoyed the whole radio show. It was a good show and very informational about Allen Ginsberg. The readings of the poems was a little boring to me, probably because I was so tired but the did not interest me as much as the songs did. I really did enjoy the songs even though they were a little weird. Especially close to the end. I'm not sure of the name of it but it said, "break your leg because there is nothing to stand on, break your body because there is no where to be" and then it goes on to ask Jesus for mercy. All that seemed very weird to me, and since Ginsberg was not much of a religious man, except for Buddhism, it was just awkward to me. I definitely have to say I enjoyed his songs more than his reading while listening on the radio.
